Helicopter footage captures the catastrophic aftermath in Black River, Jamaica — the town Prime Minister Andrew Holness called “ground zero” of Hurricane Melissa. Nearly every building was damaged, 90% of roofs were destroyed, and the hospital left in ruins as the storm tore through the coastal community.
